1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally‑binding agreement between you (“You”, “Your”, “Student”) and Core AI Limited (“AiCore”, “We”, “Our”). By accessing or using any AiCore course (“Course” or “Courses”), You agree to be bound by these Terms every time You access the Courses. If You do not agree, do not use the Courses.
1.2 You represent and warrant that You are at least 18 years old (or have written consent of a parent or guardian) and meet all eligibility criteria set out herein.
1.3 AiCore is a specialist school of artificial intelligence and data that provides bespoke training programmes designed to help You gain technology skills and reduce the risk and uncertainty around obtaining employment.
1.4 Full details of the Courses We currently offer are published on www.theaicore.com. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw Courses and/or their content at any time.
1.5 Please read these Terms carefully and contact Us in writing if You have any concerns.
2.1 To enable You to access Our Courses, We have developed bespoke tuition plans (“Plans”).
2.2 Details of current Plans are available at https://www.theaicore.com/tuition. We may vary or remove Plans without notice and may require a deposit to secure Your place.
2.3 We may require You to enter into a direct‑debit arrangement prior to commencing a Course and reserve the right to charge late‑payment fees of 10 % per annum on any overdue amount.
3.1 Our Plans are subject to the following Terms unless otherwise agreed in writing by an authorised member of the AiCore team.
3.2 Residency & work eligibility — You must be a UK resident and either be working in, or eligible to work in, the UK for the duration of Your Course.
3.3 You must provide Us with any information We reasonably request, including (but not limited to) Your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where appropriate, a copy of Your passport.
3.4 At Our request You will supply documentary evidence of Your salary (e.g. three recent pay‑slips, employment contract) and any other information We reasonably require.
3.5 We may, at Our discretion, require additional financial or other security, including (but not limited to) a personal guarantee in a form We prescribe.
3.6 We reserve the right to carry out credit checks on Your financial standing.
3.7 You must notify Us immediately in writing if any information provided under Clause 3.3 changes during Your Course and for one (1) year thereafter.
3.8 You must notify Us immediately if You cease to be a UK resident and/or become ineligible to work in the UK.
3.9 If We reasonably believe You have provided misleading or incorrect information, are unsuitable for the Course, or breach any obligation under these Terms, We may terminate Your participation and recover any loss or damage We sustain as a consequence.
3.10 On successful completion of the Course You will be issued a certificate. We reserve the right to withhold a certificate where We deem it appropriate.
3.11 Participation in a Course is intended to improve Your employment prospects but does not guarantee employment, which You acknowledge.
3.12 Live support — You have access to live support through the online learning portal for six(6) months from Your Course start date.
3.13 Learning‑portal access — After the initial 6‑month live‑support window, You retain access to Your online learning pathway without live support for a limited period of 3 months.
3.14 Right to cancel — You may cancel the Course and/or Plan, without reason and without penalty, within 14 days of entering into an agreement with Us. The agreement takes effect from the first scheduled class of the programme for which You register. Cancellation must be in writing to info@theaicore.com. An exit interview is mandatory upon withdrawal.
3.15 Deferral — You may defer to a later cohort once while enrolled, subject to Our approval.
3.16 You are liable to pay the full tuition amount of Your selected Plan unless You make a valid refund request under Clause 3.14. Refund requests received after the 14‑day window are at Our sole discretion.
3.17 Any obligation for AiCore to provide services to You expires 9 months after Your Course start date or 3 months after Live support ends.
4.1 Upon accepting an offer of employment, You must notify Us immediately in writing of (a) Your new employer's name and address, (b) Your commencement date, (c) Your job title, and (d) Your base salary. You authorise Us to verify this information directly with Your employer.
4.2 You warrant that You will give full and proper consideration to any employment offer and will not unreasonably decline such offers.
5.1 We process Your personal data in accordance with all applicable data‑protection legislation, including the UK GDPR. We treat Your data as private and confidential and take reasonable steps to ensure it is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently.
5.2 Where necessary, We will share Your data with credit‑reference agencies and/or partner finance providers to assess Your financial standing or where You have requested financing assistance. You consent to this processing.

6.1 This Clause 6 sets out Our entire financial liability to You for any loss or claim arising in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
6.1.1 All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by law are, to the fullest extent permitted, excluded.
6.1.2 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Our liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence.
6.1.3 Subject to Clause 6.1.2, Our total liability to You is limited to £6,500, being the maximum cost of the Course. We shall not be liable for loss of profit, anticipated savings, business, opportunity, or any consequential loss or damage, however arising.
7.1 We retain all intellectual‑property rights (including copyright) in the Course materials and projects. Course materials are provided solely for Your personal use. Except with Our prior written consent, no part of the materials may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, sold, licensed or exploited for any commercial purpose.
8.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
By applying for a Course and selecting a Plan, You confirm that You have (a) sufficient funds to complete the Course and meet any financial obligations to Us (including repayments), (b) read, understood and accepted these Terms, and (c) had full opportunity to consider the Course and Plan and to ask any relevant questions.
