Digital Applications Technician
Overview
Covers the AI champion role and stakeholder communication; data storage/management and working safely with company data; GenAI fundamentals (prompting, context/memory, model types, tool use, agentic workflows); setting up automation across productivity tools; planning and supporting AI tool rollouts; and staying current in a fast‑moving landscape.
Level 3 Apprenticeship

To be eligible to start an apprenticeship you must meet the following criteria:
- 18+ and employed in a full-time role related to the programme
- Right to work in the UK
- Lived in the UK or EEA continuously for the past 3 years
- At least a grade of 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Not previously studied the course content
- Not undertaking any other qualification during apprenticeship
- Able to apply learning to role
